I hope everyone saw the front page story (right col) in today's WSJ on contributions to Trent Lott. The gist is that he recd contributions from folks who stood to benefit from his votes. Gee, isn't that a novel idea! I didn't realize that people gave money to politicians because they might take stands or action that may benefit them. I though we just gave money because we are nice folks and feel sorry for the poor politicians. I learn something new everyday. Thanks to all the domesdayers, I got another 1,000 at 25.
