Well I tried... I was so busy trying to keep up with all the dang rumors flying that I did not even watch what the stock was doing. To simply everything: 1.) The TA (Transfer Agent) Faxed me a resolution that states for one warrant and .50 you get 1 common share. (That is all he knows or reather has proof in writing) 2.) If at the close of the business day tomorrow if you won 2 shares of MIDLP you will receive 1 share of P stock. The new dividend or P or whatever has not been define yet except that the new share is to converted in Oct 1999. That is all we know Now the poor TA is getting swamped with calls and he really does not know anything except what he has in front of him in black and white. Everything else has to come from the company. People are telling there is some kind of date in the news release the date in the news release is May 29, 1998. Hope this clears up this stuff. GB
