but its true, CNN even talked about it. Gate's charisma is holding their stock price up.

The fact that MSFT already has 90+% of the market means they can only grow at the rate of the market. DELL has what? 6-7% of the market which gives it lots of room to grow at a multiple of the overall computer market which it has been doing. I would give a higher PE to the company that is growing faster.
