here is the response from Richard Brook.. Subject: Re: PEAKF Date: Thu, 28 May 1998 20:11:57 -0500 From: richard_brook@peakf.com To: DD We had a large selling shareholder price a deal today which caused an unbelievable amount of selling pressure on the stock. There have been no annoucements from the company that would cause such a precipitous fall in our stock. There was also a story appearing briefly over the wire services on Dow JOnes wire service that we missed our 4Q numbers. This was in fact an error which they retracted but the damage was already done. Regards, Richard Brook
