I agree with your comment about the other party not knowing about the Locus acquisition. I know a little about how acquisitions are done at my company and we definitely know every little bit of public information about a company we are going to acquire or making an offer to.

All in all I like the $5-$6 dollar offer. Imagine how that may increase if we close the Locus deal and any other deals that are out there.

As I understand it, the company gathered all their information and completed their DD right before the LOCUS press release. Joe assured me their are now fully aware of this and several more potential acquisitions.
