Some more details have to be ironed out but basically EUTO get's shares with current value and potentially higher value in the future for spinning-off BIO as an IPO merging with this new company which EUTO will work with and bring public. All in all a win-win for EUTO. More details will be brought out as they develop.
TRUST ME, THIS IS HUGE FOR EUTRO!!!
