He gave no indication that they'd used even 1/2 of the 26 mill. Reg D. It is now obvious that this was not the case. Color me burnt umber. He did say that the assets of the company would be in the $50 million range and that they were still expecting to be in the black with a couple of licensing fees in hand for the end of Qtr1 99. Let's get that non-recourse financing completed and get going on JVs. Rene forgot to mention Richmond being online this year and there was no mention of Halifax. Otherwise, it was about as I expected. Big on promise and not so big on any hard news. Was glad to hear from Larry L. about Trooper though. best to all
