I just found an MM story that some may like to read. Since it is the end of the month it may be appropriate for some.(how MM's make stocks fall so they can increase their spending power for the next month)

Message 4621645

Sorry I can't link it for you, I just haven't figured that out yet.

Can someone define "dividend"? Is it not awarded when a company shows some type of profit? In the case of ESVS the awarding of a stock 1 for 1 as a dividend would not in reality be a dividend if the stock was reduced to half the price...unless in the future the stock price goes beyond the predividend price (which is a lower value based on the doubling of the profit since more shares are owned by an individual).

In essence no dividend is actually awarded, but there is a possibility of a larger "dividend" if the stock moves beyond the predividend price.

Can ESVS make stock offers in this manner without "splitting " the present price of the stock? Have they created and sold all of the stock allowed by law for their company...???

Just learning out loud and would appreciate discussion.TIA

I called Enhanced in Houston and got a recording with this 800# in California. 1-800-742-1224. I'll try to call in a couple of hours when they're up.

Good Luck,
