You will "take it" however you like without regard to facts I'm sure. However, your assertion that Reagan and/or Bush have given waivers in the past does not categorically mean that the waiver in question was not bought and paid for or otherwise improper. An investigation which isn't effectively stonewalled by Bubba and his minions might reach a determination one way or the other but its too early to make such a determination at this time. JLA
