Reducing sulfur is what we want and the least expensive way, the better. There is more than one way to skin that cat. (Just an expression, I am a cat lover.) We have two more prospective customers, and foreigners at that. It could mean plants being sold without going to domestic areas which we want for our own operations when the time comes. Increased ownership of the LP plant by GRNO means more for us stockholders when that time comes. And the relaxing of the public notice requirement means we won't have the 30 day wait like we had last summer. A tax exemption for Manova has been included in the bill to process waste oil in Turkey. Let's hope not too many people have a problem with that. Charles
