I don't understand where you got the 200,000 figure. A weighted average doesn't indicate how many shares were outstanding at the end of the quarter. Considering a month has gone by since the end of the quarter I assume FIBR is fast approaching 22 million outstanding. Don't forget there are millions more on the way.
