<< It was encouraging to see weighted shares only increased by 200k >>

From todays press release:

Common stock, $.10 par value; 50,000 shares authorized; 21,462 shares issued 21,452 shares outstanding at April 30, 1998; 20,687 shares issued and 20,677 shares outstanding at January 31, 1998;
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In three months the shares outstanding increased 775,000. I don't understand where you got the 200,000 figure. A weighted average doesn't indicate how many shares were outstanding at the end of the quarter. Considering a month has gone by since the end of the quarter I assume FIBR is fast approaching 22 million outstanding. Don't forget there are millions more on the way.
You may be right (current price mostly been discounted by the market)?
So far price is off 10 to 13 % from Thursday's close.
