1) Have your broker @ Baird bring up other stocks, many will say "trading halted" if there is no after hour trading 2) Raabe is not diluting, he is converting the shares to an asset!.MONEY! Money that will finance the upcoming aquistions TBA'd. IMO it is very calculated and irresponsible of you to create panic and fear amongst shareholders with misinformation. TRADING IS NOT HALTED and it is in shareholders interest that the shares are converted to an asset. Pugs
