I think signing off on the financials is the responsibility of the firm who audited them in the first place and they should have done that !!!! Go figure

If the auditing firm is going to put their name on the filing, they have to audit the numbers first. I don't think Firamada has truly "audited" numbers for 1997 (internal audits don't count). If all the paperwork from the preliminary audit is in place, it shouldn't take too long for the accounting firm to perform a proper audit.

On the bright side, INFE (same business) has jumped from $0.20 to almost $3 in less than two weeks. Some positive news and audited numbers from FAMH could very well do the same.

....Now, that makes sense! There has been a lot of talk about class actions; so, if they release numbers that are any different from the final audited numbers, they may be exposed.
