Isn't this Cory character just a wee bit dramatic? Don't you think that it was just this kind
of talk that freaked out the journalist guy on our TAVA thread.

Y2Kly,

Steve

No, I do not think so. I have almost everything of Cory since August 1997. This is because he appears to have a very detailed and reliable knowledge of enterprise computing at many large corporations in the US. Also, he is not a 'hyping' guy. Just read some 'Weather Reports' of let's say August / September 1997. Here he is hammering on the importance of starting to FIX systems now.
This is no longer the case; he is much more pessimistic; and is starting to prepare for the event. This he is doing in a very intelligent way: based upon several scenarios; and based upon further general developments re. Y2k in the whole society.

Regards,

John
