Have you missed this one?

<<Greenspan said governments, including central banks, must "try to achieve the proper balance." They should "prevent major financial market disruptions" through enforcement of "prudent regulatory standards" and "if necessary in rare circumstances through direct intervention in market events," but they should not discourage banks from taking "prudent and appropriate risks." >>

Mike,

I did check the WSJ, however, the search function only allows one to search through the last 14 days of publication. So, looks like you'll just have to ask some cute librarian to show you where the old Journals are kept the next time you're rummaging through the "Austrian School" section of your library. Tell her Arnold sent you.

Best Regards, John.
