Who in hell are we bothering with our smoke if everybody there is a smoker including the hired help?

You must admit that the question makes the law look stupid.

It will also not "violate" the Constitution if a State suddenly decides to ban hamburgers because it can lead to heart disease, or high cholesteral foods because they can damage the arteries or feeding junk food to kids and having social workers snatch kids away from parents who let kids drink Coke, Pepsi, eat Hostess Ho-Hos, etc.

All this is fine as long as you don't mind the State (not the individual or the parents) having the supreme rights. Unfortunately, that is the exact opposite of what this country started out as.
