I'm a lurker here with my first post, actually my first post on SI. I've been with DGIV since $3 and bought in at $5 5/8 and again at $6 3/16. Thanks to all who contribute to this thread. Looking forward to great future returns on DGIV.

OzEmail Interline and Bay Networks Announce Internet
Telephony Partnership

SYDNEY, Australia, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- OzEmail Limited (Nasdaq: OZEMY - news), the leading provider
of comprehensive Internet services in Australasia, today announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding
with Bay Networks (NYSE: BAY - news) to collaborate on the integration and promotion of their respective
Internet telephony technology, services and capabilities.

''Together we intend to provide Bay Networks' customers around the globe with the option of carrying voice calls
using Internet technology,'' said OzEmail Chief Executive Officer Sean Howard. ''OzEmail Interline will provide
call routing, termination, authentication and settlement services supporting Bay Networks' customers in establishing
Voice-over-IP (VoIP) services as part of their business.''

OzEmail Interline is pursuing a strategy of partnership with hardware suppliers, ISPs and telecommunications

by affiliate members of the OzEmail Interline consortium, and facilitate the entry of new providers into the Internet
