Off topic. uSoft has, to date, failed at the "Windows Everywhere" strategy. By that I mean the once toated strategy of having toasters and refrigerators etc plugged into Windows as devices. Obviously TV's would be a good place since one could program their TV and recorder from their PC. But, to date, uSoft has failed at this. I think, frankly, Gates is lossing interest in software, perhaps, more accurately, gaining interest in other things. Not everyone at uSoft is a visionary. Not that Gates is either. PARC 'invented' windows, IBM 'invented' multitasking and Dave Cutler 'invented' NT, from IBM's blueprint. Gates simply marketed all of it and made billions.
