The replay is at 402-220-4030. It is a direct line I believe. I was satisfied with the call.

Items I found notable were (My comments are brief and many times oversimplified. I highly recommend listening to the call, about 45 minutes.):

Sales force is at 20, double of that last quarter.

The shareholder suit will be heard by the assigned judge in about 6 months, at which time the suit will likely be consolidated. Systemsoft has paid out the deductible, so litigation expenses will be covered going forward.

SystemWizard is targeted to enter the corporate marketplace via partnerships like that with Computer Associates and also directly, for corporations that have internal help desk support.

$100,000 of internet-based sales of PC-card occurred this quarter. No plan is in place to sell SystemWizard via the internet. A new version of SystemWizard will soon be available, however, to allow provide full functionality (voice and data links to technical support) over the internet.

A new product for laptops will be launched in coming months.

Revenue needed for cash flow break even is $ 6.5 million per quarter. I'm satisfied with their cash situation. There was a lot of discussion regarding cash, so I recommend listening to the call.

Six new BIOS wins this quarter. BIOS business in Taiwan, although still relatively small, grew this quarter. The slowing in PC Card business contributed to declines in BIOS revenues (PC Card customers often preferentially chose SystemSoft for BIOS designs). It is hoped that PC Card business for Win NT 4.0 will be good, although this of course depends on the demand for NT 4.0 in the marketplace. Regardless, SystemSoft's laptop power management expertise is becoming a positive factor in winning new BIOS contracts.

Record attendance at the Summit in Taiwan--180 attendees.
