I hate to get off the topic of flames and jokes but regarding the near term big items for CPQ:

1) I know that the DEC vote is on June 11th - let's assume it goes through.

2) How can we estimate how long after that final closure is done? Is there any site or link that keeps track of where the legal process is?

It seems to me everyone is going to go sideways until then. Are there any other big items on the calendar in the near term?

Franz

Spots, robbie and James,
Don't faint but I agree with spots that we should have the right to "flame" anyone we want on this thread. If I wanted to say Robbie and Spots are nothing more than dim-witted simpletons with the combined investment skills of a beanie baby, then I should have the right to. I don't think the SI staff has any problem with "flames" unless you start referring to body parts and sex acts. So feel free to disagree. I'll even start right now by saying I disagree with the way SI handled the "warning". I felt vindicated right up to the LOL part. Almost like giving a warning and then yelling: NOT at the end!

By the way, this is still the Compaq thread which I noticed closed down today (ouch). Anyone else concerned that new info on the Clinton scandal could scare enough investors that we see a big correction in the market?
