VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Emergent Technologies Corporation, a
subsidiary of Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITKG) and Northrop Grumman
Corporation have announced that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to
jointly develop and manufacture advanced communications antenna systems for Department of Defense
customers.

Emergent will provide for the design, development, and production of its Contrawound Toroidal Helical
Antenna (CTHA) antenna. Northrop Grumman, through its Electronic Sensors and Systems Division in
Linthicum, Maryland, will provide the matching networks, physical integration, and assembly and packing
of the final units.

Integral president Mark Williams said, "We are enthusiastic about the MOU with Northrop Grumman. This
is an important, positive step in moving the CTHA technology out of the lab and into the market. Antenna
like the CTHA require agile matching networks and Northrop Grumman is one of the world's best
developers of matching networks for radio systems."

According to Mike Fitelson, manager of Special Technologies for Northrop Grumman's Systems
Development and Technology unit, "The result of this combination will lead to new RF solutions for our
Department of Defense customers."

Northrop Grumman Corporation, headquartered in Los Angeles, is a leading designer, systems integrator
and manufacturer of military surveillance and combat aircraft, defense electronics and systems, airspace
management systems, information systems, marine systems, precision weapons, space systems and
commercial and military aerostructures.

Integral Technologies, through its subsidiary Emergent Technologies Corp., develops and manufactures
application-specific antenna designs for mobile wireless communications systems using the new, patented
CTHA technology. Integral is also involved in 2D/3D machine vision and rf-generated plasma technologies.
