Right up until this afternoon everyone was being told that the numbers would definitely be out by tomorrow. If they had already hired a firm to do the job and they were completed with the task why would they hire someone else to do the same job the day before the scheduled release. The only possible explanation I can think of is that they went ahead and hired Corso to prepare for a listing. He did mention SEC several times in his statement. I'm going to have to go back and listen to it again. One things for sure they picked one hell of time to switch CPAs all IMHO Roy
