judge, I agree!!!

"pennies will teach you patience"

I believe Randy has the company on the right track by trying to increase sales. If you don't sell anything you don't make money. People want to make money... bottom line.

Audited financials will give FAMH the boost it needs for now, but you still need sales and revenues.

Respectfully...Dennis W

Recap of the CC:
According to Arif, they are fast and furiously working on getting a grip and cleaning up the Myriad operation. The company is still on target and exceeding the target. They are moving forward.

Arif stated that they are in the final stages to hire a CFO. Randy and Arif will decided on the 3 candidates identified by the end of the week. An announcement should come out within 2 weeks as to whom it will be.

Randy is putting together strategic selling solutions and will meet in LA for 2 days next week with the sales force and put together numbers and revenue projections. His primary objective is to build the sales team and go after the numbers. If the existing sales team cannot meet the projected numbers, FAMH will hire sales staff to do so.

Steve Corso, the SEC partner of the accounting firm, was retained as outside auditors approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago. They are in the final stages of auditing the transaction of the Myriad asset purchase. They will determine if the transaction needs to include an audited Balance Sheet and Income Statement for SEC inclusion. They have also been retained today to conduct the audit of FAMH in New York. This audit will commence on Monday June 1st. FiraMada has produced numbers which will be verified by the auditing firm. Steve Corso has advised FiraMada not to release any numbers until they can be verified by them.

I hope I have included everything and it is accurate.

Regards,

Judge, where did you get "week or two?" I didn't hear anyone say anything about a week or two. To be honest with you and everyone else if I did hear week or two, I don't think I would believe it. I've had my up's and down's with this stock. Mostly down's when it comes to the stock value, but I am getting to the point where I don't know what to think. (as I'm sure many are)

We are told one thing, then the opposite happens. I have always been long on this stock, but one would have to have the patience of Job not to be upset with todays....whatever it was.

I am honestly at a loss for words.. I really look for some good things from FAMH but, I don't expect them anytime soon, especially after the events of the past week or so. IMHO all Arif has done is compound the amount of mistrust that the shareholders have right now. I, like all of you, invested my hard earned money to make a profit. I took what Ira, and Arif said to be the truth. If something is wrong with the numbers then no amount of "fixing" by the new accounting firm nor anyone else can change that.
Questions:
*If the numbers are wrong, then why are they wrong?
* Did a professional accounting firm do the audit? If so, then why can't they be released?
* If a professional firm did not do the audit then why not?
* Does Steve Curso have a magic adding machine?
* If so, where can I buy one?

Just questions, probably more babel on my part than anything else but, I feel let down, big time.

Regards,

Lonnie

Hi Judge, I agree with you 100%!! A large Accounting Firm is sure
to conduct a thorough Audit prior to it's submittal to the SEC.

Two important messages surfaced today during this somewhat
abbreviated dissertation; 1) that Firamada will finally fulfill their SEC
requirements to continue to be listed as a Electronic BB Stock;
2) the hiring of a CFO.

Even though Firamada is apparently profitable, they need to develop
a plan to reduce the rather large Float.

Hey judge, it's nice to see a positive post. Thanks.

Good investing.

Ken
