i remember when i had dgiv at $1 and we were wondering why it was so undervalued...then within 2 months we were at $6 and $7. the same thing will happen here...it just takes time. we also have a large float which makes our climb a little longer. Let's say there is are several $1 bills on the street and someone said you can have each for 10-cents...what would you do? ok, now you have an appraisal made by an US agency stating that the dollars are genuine. You then buy until you have pay $1, at which point you just sit tight. Well, as more and more news comes out and people become more aware of the tremendous value of ICVI, we will see a quick rise to market value as we continue to see with DGIV...still highly undervalued. dwlima
