The Sales Track is designed to provide the sales professional with the information needed to successfully sell Cisco Remote Access solutions. Specifically the course covers the features and benefits of the Cisco remote access solutions as well as selling strategies and ways to qualify prospective customers. In addition, the participant will learn about the Cisco sales tools and be given recommendations for the most effective way to use these tools.). This includes how to communicate Cisco's strengths to gain a strategic advantage in accounts. The Technical Track is designed to provide a technical understanding of the requirements for successful remote access solutions. Specifically, the course gives an overview of remote access technology, the ways in which Cisco products uniquely address the remote access market, and methodology for selecting remote access products based on network design considerations. The Hands-On Track teaches the systems engineer how to configure a Cisco access server to support a Windows 95 asynchronous dialup client, as well as asynchronous dial-on-demand routing.. The popular Cisco 2509 access server will be featured. There are two sessions offered, and each attendee may register for one session (Session A or B). This application is typical of a branch-to-branch office dialup environment.
