Cisco University is a quarterly forum for Cisco's resellers on networking
topics. The program this quarter provides you with the most up-to-date
information on Cisco's strong Remote Access offering. Cisco's solutions
link customers, vendors and employees into a secure environment providing a
competitive advantage through the Internet.

Our modular design allows you to choose the classes that interest you most.
You may select any combination of classes within any of the three tracks.
If you are interested in staying within a sales or technical focus, you may
select all the modules within that track. Due to limited seating for the
Configuration Camp Hands-on Lab, you may take only one session (A or B) in
Track 3. Both session A and B are exactly alike.

The Sales Track is designed to provide the sales professional with the
information needed to successfully sell Cisco Remote Access solutions.
Specifically the course covers the features and benefits of the Cisco remote
access solutions as well as selling strategies and ways to qualify
prospective customers. In addition, the participant will learn about the
Cisco sales tools and be given recommendations for the most effective way to
use these tools.). This includes how to communicate Cisco's strengths to
gain a strategic advantage in accounts.

The Technical Track is designed to provide a technical understanding of the
requirements for successful remote access solutions. Specifically, the
course gives an overview of remote access technology, the ways in which
Cisco products uniquely address the remote access market, and methodology
for selecting remote access products based on network design considerations.

The Hands-On Track teaches the systems engineer how to configure a Cisco
access server to support a Windows 95 asynchronous dialup client, as well as
asynchronous dial-on-demand routing.. The popular Cisco 2509 access server
will be featured. There are two sessions offered, and each attendee may
register for one session (Session A or B).
