well, TOP DOG is run by just a few people and unless everyone agrees that a stock is worth putting into TOP DOG.. then we don't do it.. we also take into consideration what the readers say and alot of our info/leads come from the readers... so in essence we're all just a family of 1,300+ people communicating and sharing info... however, since the few who run TOP DOG are charged with responsibility of writing the emails and doing the best to weed out fact from fiction and having to call all the companies, IR and PR firms, as well as other sources.. respond to msgs online.. respond to emails.. maintain the database.. and then check everything to be sure we're being ethical and legal and then perform our day-jobs and make time for our families... the decisions of what goes into the TOP DOG does in fact lie with just a few people.. myself included.. hope this answers your question... jim
