Marty, It looks like USXX is making progress. What should be recalled by any folks new to this company is that USXX also has announced agreements with the states of California and Florida, independent of the exclusive agreement with private operator, Wackenhut. Having $5 million in the company's coffers should assist in expediting the set-up of operations in Utah as well as in other states. Of course, it should be kept in mind that USXX's start-up costs are apparently very small since the facilities are leased for a miniscule amount, the labor is in place and eager to work, and there is plenty of work out there that folks in the private sector don't, or won't perform.
