jp-
i would think again about suretrade. look at the two people you are listening to and think again. they both sound like raving lunatics to me. one uses expletives in his subject field to email suretrade, now how do you think a human being is going to respond to that? i think i would send the canned email just because i wouldn't be able to curse back at him. as for the other post, well, just read it...now does that sound like a rational human being who is credible to judge ANYTHING???
i don't know what they have experienced, but for me, suretrade is the best online brokerage firm by far. it is fast, easy to use..with that action card, everything you need is just a click away, it has the best free research, free real time quotes and i trade an awful lot and never had a problem with this firm. but, beware...this firm is not for beginners. if you need your hand held and need help from a broker all the time, you are better off paying the higher commission with schwab and they will help you learn how to trade on the net. if you know what you are doing, suretrade is the place to be.
