No I read that and you are right I am tired and trying to keep the information accurate to the best of my knowledge. The dividend is up in the air as to what is going to be what. I have been studying the SEC rules and I believe the dividend or what ever they are going to define it at is going to have to be free trading. I have stated the dividend or the shares of P that will be given are going to have to meet the rules of the SEC. All I know is that as of close of bell tomorrow if I have 5K of MIDLP in my account whether settled or not I will get 2.5K of P stock. Now since I am long I really could care less if they are what ever. I guess that comes from being long. However if they sold the P and the dividend then they will be short regardless. If they sold the P they should not get the dividend. You know I try to keep the information as accurate as possible but if it does not exist in Black and White then it does not exist. The warrants are being played and so is the common.
