Not a maybe, definately. but don't expect to see it. I expect the share repurchase plan to get started again, wouldn't you. To sell now would be foolish. The rights sholud help people take some $ off the table. You can 1) sell and keep the money and still own FIBR which will keep a majority ownership of the company (so you will still participate in any good it does) 2) exercise at a DISCOUNT TO OFFERING PRICE ie pay 3 get 6 value while investing in one of the pure plays in EN 3) exercise and sell FIBR getting the discount and keeping a valuable part of the company.
