It should be interesting to see if there is an announcement regarding Hill remaining on SFAM's board. Seems like a conflict of interest... I'm very surprised(and disappointed) about the NVLS/IPEC affiliation. Did IPEC have anyone from NVLS on their board prior to this bombshell? Something else better be in the works cause IMO I couldn't think of a more compromising situation. Surely NVLS isn't that unethical and SFAM isn't that stupid. If we don't see an announcement regarding the NVLS exec being thrown out of a window at SFAM, I now expect to see an SFAM/IPEC/NVLS arrangement to battle the 1000 pound gorilla. Can NVLS afford to absorb SFAM and IPEC?
