Actel's new management team consists of a Director of Product Engineering promoted to VP, and a West Coast Salesman promoted to VP of Marketing. New team? Actel has added only one new exec from outside the company in the past 3 yrs, when they broke off software engineering into its own group. Every other executive on the staff, with the exception of the Sales VP, was promoted from within the organization. New management? Gimme a break, Bryan! JE still runs the place the way he has for almost 10 yrs, with an increasingly subservient executive staff. Not one of his staff has run a P&L or would get serious consideration to succeed him. Actel's stagnation at $40M/ qtr revenue may well be a direct result of JE's lack of a strong executive team... just my humble opinion... -tt
