Bill, DGIV has told us via an email newsletter that it intends to submit paperwork form SB-10 for NASDAQ soon. It coud be any day now.
The NASDAQ application would be reviewed by the SEC and could take awhile.

Bill, On Apr 2nd, PRNewswire reported that DGIV announces it's intention to file form 10. "The company will take this action with the aim of listing on NASDAQ's small cap market." As has been posted before, DGIV per an email Newsletter to shareholders, DGIV reported that they intend to file the Form 10 within two weeks. So they could file any day now.
