I didn't hear the CC today, was there any talk about the number of outstanding shares? I was hoping to read the posts since the CC to hear the good news, but I guess there was none. Does anyone know who audited the 1997 financials as referred to in the March 3, 1998 press release? My concern now is that this new auditing firm will determine the .1085 was really .0185, or he finds some $4,000,000 accounting error.

I have never thought this company was a scam and I still don't. I think they are trying to come clean, but the coming clean is not in the current shareholder favor. I think short term holders are screwed. The one year plus holders may see a slow rise. IMO the stock may move a little lower as short termers give up and sell. IMO if there is truly 70 mil shares outstanding there is going to be a reverse split some time down the road.

I know BB stocks don't act like NYSE stocks, there are risks. I have been working in the financial arena for 12 years. I have had a brokerage account since I was 13. I have always had an interest in stocks. I have never dealt with a non-reporting company, that's why I don't know if all these FAMH delays are normal or a sign of deception and poor management. I am definitely entertained by this stock and this thread. For those of you investing thousands of dollars in this stock, I wish you the best.

Well folks, I have to admit after listening to the CC I was mad and felt like I had been raped. Actually couldn't wait to dump this puppy in the morning.

After a smoke and a walk outside, I remembered being stuck with other stocks where management said one thing and did another. In haste I sold on emotion, only to lose big time. Usually a month later I would bring up the ticker to see a nice increase in price from my exit point. How many times have we all said "If only I wouldn't sold that one".

Guess my point is I won't let my emotions interfere this time. I know management needs to get there ducks lined up. Lets face the facts. It's hard to believe someone that continually tells you one thing, then does another.

Randy has moved into the drivers seat. I for one am willing to wait to see how he drives this truck. There are just to many positive scenarios to jump ship right now. Besides I think we found the bottom at .18. If I sell now on emotions I know for a fact I will lose big time $$$$$$$$$. On the other hand if I give them a chance to get there act together I could make big time $$$$$$. The later seems to make more cents to me right now.

I'm not trying to convince anyone to hold or sell. You all have to do what's is right for you and your family's. Given my situation I'm going to see this one through. (Till the cows come home)

Regards, Fitz
