The trading on the bulletin board should be divided by 2-3 to get the true volume. The buyer buys it from the market maker which makes one trade. The market maker sells it to another market maker to make trade #2. Finally the seller sells it to the market maker for the 3rd posting of the same transaction. Usually the market maker that has stock can't sell it to the buyer as the buyers brokerage firm only deals with certain market makers.

The long and short is divide by three to get the true volume!
