Steve. My gap prediction (down) is based on the following: 1. Arif Adam stated two days in a row last week that audited financials would be posted (first next week and then by May 29) to EDGAR. 2. The inference today from Mr. Corso's recommendation to management was that they not release financials (and I assume that they will not - that's another bad feature of today's CC, we are left hanging and there was no need for us to be left hanging). 3. I sense that there are many who post on this thread, hard working individuals, who have believed in FAMH and this was the last stand for them. New management, committed to building management credibility, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt, and what does management do, stub their toe (big time). I think some of us will sell (I will not, there is a challenge here and it is to rebuild the value in this company - but I see it as a long hard road, there is much to be done on many fronts.) 4. So, I see selling tomorrow. Will I buy? No, because I don't think we've seen the bottom and I will not accumulate more until it is clear we are on the road to recovery. Today's performance convinced me we are not there yet!!!. 5. Based on my thinking, I extrapolate to what others would do. Collin has been posting "what the charts say" every day since I have been here. The charts are not good and the stock is news driven. What we had today was bad news for the short term!!!. So that's it. I hope I'm wrong but we shall see tomorrow. LTBFV (out of the ashes), Dick
