<< I suspect that many long term holders of LGND are also frustrated at LGND's price action and are ready to sell. >>

Lehman said that they expect Ligand's stock to be driven by product news and has one of the broadest "late-stage" pipelines in biotech. Their 12 month price target is $24. That would be a 70% return in 12 months, if they are correct.

==========> "Driven by product news"

Well, today we saw an increase of 9/16 or about 4%. Perhaps we'll see a little more upside tomorrow (I hope). I don't know about others, but I kinda liked it! <G>

Lehman also said that they expected product news,etc, to add "additional value" and provide momentum for LGND shares.

So, for those who can't take it any more, it might be their best move to sell.

For me............ I feel that my investment in LGND has just arrived at the starting gate, after taking a large, slow dump on the track. I am getting a slight smell of oats and honey, coming from the end of the track. LGND's nostrils are flaring and snorting! This is a bad time to get cold feet and head back towards the stables.

GO LGND!!!! (Up, that is)

Good luck, Bob
