what will happen to those that won't be able to buy some of the 35 millions shares of PKGP? What will PKGP and ICC do with these shorters? Sue them for million of dollars? Send them to jail?

Hmmm, I'm not sure if I should answer because I'm neither a lawyer nor an experienced investor. However, I am an "opinionator," and my guess is that there's no such thing as an MM that "won't be able to buy some of the 35 millions shares." By raising the ask price enough, any MM can and will get a buyer. Don't you think someone on this thread will sell them shares for $2 a share (hee hee hee)? That's why people are so excited about this PKGP shorting angle.
