Pretty close. TVSI filed their 10K, Q's, S8 filing and the last 8K. In fact the 8K was quite clear about the $100K. We have no idea at what price Raabe will be selling those shares, or, in fact, if tonto is accurate about having sell orders in. If he does, the 8K states they will be using shares to the tune of $100K. This is not dilution, it is turning the shares over to an asset as stated in the 8K. If , in fact, there is a halt, And I have been unable to find any evidence of a halt since the SEC does not talk to the public about these things until Starks' announcement hits the thread, LOL...I hope it is Raabe halting it himself in protest of the severe manipulation this interest is enduring. With all the proper filings on record and Raabe being an attorney, I am at a lost as to why this stock would be halted. Either the individual who posted it was halted is affiliated with the SEC or short interest that may have barraged the SEC with complaints about the company...I can't see how else he would've been able to obtain this information...or, what he posted was/is simply not true.
