G, I guess the question is, do you want a quick pop to trade or an investment to hold. Me, I am holding my base and looking to add as the Turner Valley oil play concludes this summer. For investors the truth will come in due time. For traders the failure to pop is a frustration. Which are you?

Bob

G.

For its part, Abacus is trying the Convertible Debenture route in the US. We'll see how they do.

You're right about there being the influence of the financing. I didn't mention it in my latest notes but I have before. Some investors are concerned about dilution and that helps to control the price. However, there is no evidence of anyone trying to control the price; the volume is just not high enough, there are very few blocks and crosses, there is lots of evidence of profit-taking, and the market is punishing far more companies than it is rewarding (even Western Copper recently.

There's always the question of manipulation but I believe that we're caught up in something less personal.
