To all, The 50-minute call with Rene (and Laurence Liebowitz) was somewhat of a disappointment to most. I was told this morning that the $34 million financing announcement would probably be held up and not ready to be announced during the call. They are still waiting "minute by minute" for the last signature on the term sheet. Also, due to criticism received on past press releases, Rene wants to provide complete details of the financing and wanted to add some individuals' names to the release which required the individuals' approval before release. When I called IR at around 7:00 PM CDT tonight. Dave H. informed that Rene, Wayne Hansen, Harvey Ambrose and Todd Dupuis were still in a meeting trying to get everything finalized. Rene DID announce that we made offers on two parcels of land in Massachusetts for TMPs, one in Leominster and a second in Carver. We will know something tomorrow on the first parcel and Monday on the second parcel. I also received a eight-page fax tonight from Laurence Liebowitz, who was very impressive during the call. The fax, a "Update Summary of Trooper Situation", focuses on "sixteen specific step-by-step issues." I am about to sit down and read it over. Many issues were addressed on the call.
