Jack, make no mistake about it, ASND will be acquired. They have no interest in BAY, and couldn't afford it if they did. ASND is kind of in "no mans land" when it comes to making an acquisition of their own. They could make a small one, less than $2B, but there is no one of interest in that range. Also, this would have likely occurred already anyway. One interesting thought. They could buy someone, which would drive their stock price down, and therefore make their imminent acquisition more affordable for the buyer. Hmmm. They are waiting to be taken. The only question is the buyer? Gary
