O'Brien. I wasn't clear to me either, but there again it was. If you were the CEO of this company and you had been advised many times over the past 5 working days that posting 1997 audited financials by May 29 was the single most important thing you could do to take the first step towards re-building management's credibility and you heard what the financial guru said, "What would you do?"
