I know the news on their massive deposit has been out at least since last fall, perhaps longer. Obviously IPM got away with it for about 2 years and Bre-x even longer as I recall. Again, I do not wish to draw comparisons, rather, just point out the fact that total faith should not be given based on the fact that the news release and/or certain claims have yet to be questioned by the appropriate authorities. As I recall, you still thought that "the gold was there" long after Bre-x was delisted.
