Gruntal upgrades VLSI on the average of once a month. They upgrdaed last month at 18. Its 15 now.

Doug, VLSI Not Singled Out--This is the VLSI Thread

Of course there was other weakness, and other strengths. We may begin to see strength soon! Institutions, at the end of each month, sometimes sell off-or reduce their losing positions. Think we saw some of that with VLSI--so as we enter June--after first few days--will be interesting to see if we see an upward move. I think we may see that soon. Hope so. Best wishes to all--Ed
