I dunno. Get those undies untwisted first so you can think straight. I think we're near bottom on some of these stocks, but this looks like it could be a sucker rally to me (I happen to like VRC but the volume, even on yesterday's pop, is still too anemic to suggest a bottom and possible upturn).

If you're just looking to trade, be nimble. Remember, in a sucker rally you want to be the one doin' the licking, not the one gettin' licked. (In a figurative sense, of course).
