see post #7785, it WILL concur with Jon on WHO sets the price. All BB/pink sheet stocks are is legalized gambling, and whoever 'the dude in the corner with all the Zulu stock' is is the guy setting the prices. FOR THE MOST PART, the only people getting rich on the BB's are the brokers and brokerage houses, almost all of them are showing record revenues so far this year. gee, i wonder why ???

Well, the MM's before-open quotes are not reflecting the stock dividend.

Either the IR was *still* incorrect, or the MMs have stock to sell and are playing chicken with the public. Since I can't imagine any MM attempting anything so bold as the latter, I must assume that the IR was wrong again, and that they were confused about the dates.

The only way to know for sure that the dividend has taken effect is to ask an ESVS shareholder on what day the shares showed-up in their account. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll find any ESVS shareholders, even on the ESVS yahoo thread. :)

The dividend has to be reflected in the stock price by June 3, in any case, or something is very wrong here.
