Be careful, Look what happened to CVIA (now CVIAD with a 300:1 reverse split and shares that are going to be virtually worthless). I bought into this same senerio. Public shell merging with a private company.... etc, etc. Then 300:1 stock split which brought the price from 0.02 to 3 or 4 bucks (not sure). Now the stock has been tanking with over a dollar spread! I got screwed with this one and I wouldn't want it to happen to everyone else if it doesn't need to. cj
