Shells like SATKQ arent worth that much! I've seen public shells like SATKQ offered for sale under $20K in the WSJ Classifieds. If a company wanted to "go public" by buying a shell, why would they buy the SATKQ shell for $360K market cap when they could call up these guys
and get the whole kitty, tax title and license for $85-$150K?:

Someone is just playing a little "shell game" with SATKQ to get
their money out, IMO.
