Steve1,

Think about what you are saying. Arif can pay himself in shares of the company? When will it end?

Let's assume you owned 2,000,000 shares at year end, that would be 5% of the company (40,000,000 outstanding). Say they had earnings of $2,000,000 and decided to pay it all out to shareholders. You would get $100,000 or 5% of the $2,000,000.

Let's move to today, you still own 2,000,000 shares, but instead of 5% you now own 2.8% of the company (70,000,000 outstanding). Say they have another $2,000,000 built up and decide to pay a special dividend. You would get $57,142.86 or 2.8% of the $2,000,000. Arif just ripped you off $43,000.

I think the only shares that can be used for acquisition purposes are treasury shares(repurchased in the open market by the company). I think any secondary offering to issue more shares must be precluded by a rights offering to existing shareholders giving them the opportunity to buy enough shares to maintain their percentage ownership. Once again though this is a BB stock, I don't know what rules they have to follow. Any clarification would be appreciated.

Steve, I paid for my shares......... Cash, money, US dollars.Whatdid Arif do? He started the co, sold to the public, diluted original shareholders who accepted it. Then he used OUR money to acquire other cos. Now he has a B....s to issue 30 million more. I never agreed to dilution. Did you? He booted Ira because he is cheap IMHO and the way I see it ,Ira would not take the bull from him. Steve! you mentioned compensation in lieu of wages.FAMH made 2.2m last year? It is not a start up IMHO. Anyway, 30m shares at .30c is little steep, dont you think? 9 million dollars at today's depressed prices. "YO QUIERO TACO BELL" dog would do a better job. I nominate the dog for CEO. Victor Tenorio Houston TX .
